Winter kisiel with cranberries
Kisiel is one of the easiest dessert to make in the winter time. Just grab a small package of frozen fruit or use seasonal ones like apples or cranberries. This recipe is for everyone who enjoys eating cranberries as much as I do.

INGREDIENTS
200 g fresh or frozen cranberries
1/3 cup sugar
16 g stevia
1/2 tsp grounded ginger
1/4 tsp grounded cinnamon
2 tbsp potato starch
500 ml Water

Wash the cranberries and set them in a middle-sized pot. Add the spices, sugar, stevia, and 400ml water. Bring to boil and then cook for about 20 minutes on a lower heat.

Dissolve the potato flour in 100ml water and pour it onto the boiling fruit, mix until the mixture gets thicker.

Set the dessert in small bowls, serve warm or cold.
