Brussels sprouts with honey and garlic
This is my new obsession: brussels sprouts with honey and garlic. It is a perfect side dish for roasted lamb, turkey or fried rice with eggs. Using local, seasonal vegetables makes a big difference, so eat brussels sprouts now, in the fall. They are healthy, full of magnesium and vitamins.

Mash the garlic. Heat ghee on a wok or a big frying pen, wait until completely melted. Then add garlic and fry for a minute.

Add the honey and mix it together with garlic. Wait for 30-40 seconds and add washed brussels sprouts.
