Mash the garlic. Heat ghee on a wok or a big frying pen, wait until completely melted. Then add garlic and fry for a minute.
Add the honey and mix it together with garlic. Wait for 30-40 seconds and add washed brussels sprouts.
Fry the brussels sprouts for 15 minutes. If they start to stick to the pan or wok, add a little bit of water and mix. Repeat this activity two or three times, if necessary.
Season the dish with Himalaya salt and grounded pepper. Mix again and serve immediately.
