Meat loaf with fresh herbs

INGREDIENTS
800 g minced beef
100 g bread crumb
150 g tomato puree
1 clove Garlic crushed
2 tbsp thyme chopped
2 sprigs tarragon
1/2 bunch of parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teasp salt
pepper

Preheat the oven at 175°C.

Mix bread crumb, garlic, tomato puree, fresh herbs, salt and peper. Place the mixture in a large bowl, add minced beef and combine. Place it in a loaf pan.

Cook about 50 minutes, serve cold with salad or fried  potatoes.
