INGREDIENTS
75 g whites eggs
75 g sugar
75 g Icing sugar

Preheat the oven at 90 °C.

Whisk whites with a mixer, add progressively sugar. Whisking until sugar dissolves and  soft peaks . Add the icing sugar with the spatule. TRansfer the mixture to a large pastry bag. Pipe the meringue out onto the preparing baking sheet using a large round to form meringue of 10 centimeters.

Place the meringue in the oven and bake for 2 hours until they are dry.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, dip a part of the meringue in chocolate, let any excess chocolate drip off before placing on a baking sheet lined with a baking paper, add sprinkles immediately. Allow to set at room temperature.
