250 g bram filets (with the skin)
2 passion fruits
2 tablespoons olive oil
coriander
Sea salt

Slice the seabass into thin slices. Arrange on plates. In a small bowl whisk together passion fruit and olive oil. Drizzle with dressing, Season lightly  the dish with sea salt, top with coriander leaves, serve immediately.
